I’ve got 2 rooms to rent in my 3 bedroom flat. 1 available mid October, and 1 available mid November. Both double rooms. Flat is located 200m from Crooklets beach and close walking distance to the town centre. Off street parking for 1 vehicle per tenant.
The flat has a private entrance with a large downstairs area for bikes and surfboards. It’s a first floor flat, with a large naturally light living room, well equipped kitchen and bathroom with large shower.

Rent includes bills.

Please note that I have a dog. A very friendly, loving young dog, who loves people and is very affectionate. She’s well behaved and house trained.
