The house is clean, well decorated and looked after. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, sofa bed, side tables. If the need for a desk arises, furniture can be moved in the room or out of the room. Shed in the garden and downstairs cupboard for storage.

Landlord is not living in the house, but does work from the second bedroom. Will use the bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Will likely be in the room between 9am-6pm.
