Budock Water is a 30 min walk from Falmouth and the train station and there is an hourly bus. It is a nice village with a shop and a good pub.

I am looking to let 2 rooms to mature students or professionals. Initially for a 3 month period, although this could be extended.

I have a very friendly dog.
