Enough room for a double bed, tv and a wardrobe not much more. Shared kitchen and toilet (obviously).
On a junction so no parking apart from mattress store down the road and road parking. A shop 2 mins down the road and a pub opposite. Water and WiFi included, electric too if it's only one person (most ideal for the room size) and don't use a stupid amount lol.
