Large shared kitchen which is new & has a large fridge freezer, two ovens & microwave, dishwasher, hob & second fridge, there is also a coffee / tea making area with toaster & two stalls
There is a lounge dining room off the kitchen with large sofa & table with benches & TV
There is some private parking & the area is best served by a car as it is near to the A30 which has links all over Cornwall
There is a train station close by but currently not very frequent trains but the time table & route is being upgraded next year to go direct from Newquay - St Austell - Truro - Falmouth, there are buses routes as well

Bugle is not far from St Austell, Bodmin & Truro
There is a Co-op, Spar, Chinese, Fish & chip shop & pub all nearby
This is a new house share & currently one double ensuite room is available for single occupancy by the NHS & care worker sector only

rent is inclusive of all bills
