This is a lovely double room, for 1 person only please! nicely decorated, suitable for a single professional person. The cottage is a happy home, with a happy dog, high speed internet, sky TV. The new lodger will have use of all the amenities in the home, washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, microwave etc and the price is inclusive of bills. There is parking available, and a small patio garden. My cottage is within 3 miles of the A30, close to Bugle Train station the Par-Newquay branch line. Bugle is half way between St Austell and Bodmin, There is a Spar shop, a pub and post office within walking distance, also a fish & chip shop and a Chinese takeaway There is no smoking in the house.
