Self contained studio with fabulous views

A partly furnished self contained open plan studio flat with king sized bed, wardrobe, large shower room,(bath not usable), kitchen and washing machine/dryer. A very light, large space with far reaching countryside views. We are a quiet couple and this studio is an annexe on the end of our property with its own private entrance and secure parking space. We are a few minutes off the A30 in a quiet location. It's about 10 minutes to Truro and 10 minutes to Perranporth. We are only a few minutes away from an Ice cream and Cider Farm! We are looking for a quiet person, preferably longer term let. Sorry no pets (as we have a dog that roams around) or DSS. It is probably best suited to a single person rather than couple due to its size.
Ideal for lovers of the countryside who enjoy walking, running, cycling etc. There is no easy access public transport so will probably need to have a car.
This rental covers all bills inc internet access.
