The room is situated on the first floor and benefits from new furniture and decoration about 12 months ago. Double bed. You will need to provide your own bedding and kitchen utensils.

Single occupancy rooms only due to licensing conditions. Would suit a mature person of any age. This is a peaceful house and everyone respects each other. Definitely NOT a party house!!

Bathrooms regularly cleaned every 1-2 weeks.

Gas Central Heating, unlimited fast WIFI broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer, personal fridge in room plus a large freezer in kitchen with allocated drawers, large kitchen/diner, conservatory, gardens front & rear, 2 shower rooms (upstairs & downstairs) with toilets.
