Gas Central Heating, unlimited fast WIFI broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer, personal fridge in room plus a large freezer in kitchen with allocated drawers, large kitchen/diner, conservatory, gardens front & rear, 2 shower rooms (upstairs & downstairs) with toilets. Room to securely store a bike.
5 min walk to Callington town centre / Ginsters / Tamar Foods / Samworth Brothers / Tesco's / B&M, short bus ride or drive to Duchy College. Near the main bus route to Plymouth or Launceston.
Callington is centrally located between the A38 & A30, on the A388, so has an excellent road network no matter which direction you want to go.
No smoking inside house- smoking outside only.
