Looking for someone to rent a room in our family home in Calstock.
We are a 20min walk to Calstock train station which has regular service to & from Plymouth. (3min drive with free station car park)
The house is located on an old manor estate in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, Chest of drawers and 42" tv.
Calstock is an amazing village within walking distance with lots going on including festivals/bike shows, local bands etc.
Public footpaths though woods and around the river at the end of the driveway.
