The rate quoted is for single occupancy, if a single occupant one bedroom will be locked off. If double occupancy the rate will be £1000 pcm but both rooms will be made available within this rate.

All council tax and utility bills including 450 mgb broadband, tv licence, netflix subscription etc are included.

The twin bedded room offers a beautiful large twin bedded bedroom with a large built in wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers and a bedside cabinet between the beds with bedside light.

In either case there is no problem to accomodate an office desk and chair for working from home purposes.

They need to be cheerful, clean, neat and tidy and sociable.

I am sorry but i will not accept pets.
