Furnished room in a quiet neighbourhood

Available again due to time wasters. Double room (for single occupancy), fully furnished, with a shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen/diner.
The house is in walking distance of Tesco and about a 10 minute walk to the main line train station. There is a garden which you are welcome to share. Unfortunately I am unable to accept DSS and would prefer an employed person or student. There is use of washing machine and Wi Fi (reasonable usage). Gas and electric safety checks up to date.
Smoke detectors.
Cooker is brand new so in good working order.
All bills included - gas, electric, council tax, WIFI. water rates and television license.
£150 deposit.
