Has a shared bathroom/shower room, an extra cloakroom toilet. Shared large roof terrace with seating for the summer and shared kitchen diner.
I live upstairs in the property with my 6 year old son. This is a family home and not one for you if you want to be drinking and partying with your friends around. Absolutely no drugs or smoking inside the house. Any new lodger must respect I have a child asleep at night.
Looking for a clean, tidy, easy going person to rent a room.
Must work full time, not at home and be reliable with rent.
On street parking nearby, 2 mins away.
5 min walk to train station and bus station. All shops and takeaways are right on the doorstep as its on the main street.
Rent to be paid a week in advance and
weekly preferably.
