My son and I live upstairs in the property, my son is 7 and we have 2 friendly cats. The bottom floor has 2 bedrooms for lodgers and is alongside the kitchen, front and back door.
You will have use of a washing machine, cutlery, plates, pots and pans. The room has bedding, clothes airer and laundry basket for you.
This is a family home so absolutely no drugs or smoking inside the house.
Looking for a clean, tidy, easy going person to rent a room.
Must work full time, preferably not at home and be reliable with rent.
On street parking nearby, 2 mins away on Rectory Road.
5 min walk to train station and bus station. All shops, cafes and takeaways are right on the doorstep as its on the main street, no need to drive.
Rent to be paid a week in advance and preferably weekly, all bills and good WiFi Inc.
