Downstairs is a shared kitchen and small toilet, upstairs has bathroom, my bedroom, my small office and in the 3rd room a clean, tidy male lodger aged 40 who smokes outside occasionally.

High speed internet, One shelf in shared fridge, one in freezer, one small cupboard for food, sharing kitchen and Clothes rail n chest and most of under stairs cupboard. Shared washing machine and drier, microwave, cooker, small courtyard.

Only working professional LADIES PREFERRED would accommodate a small dog, no cats.
