Camborne Town is a 10 min walk, train station 15mins, local shops and post office is a 5 min walk, if you drive there is on street parking, and the a30 is 5 mins drive,

At the moment it's just me living at the property, I'm self employed, so sometimes in all day, sometimes not, so ideally looking for a clean and tidy professional/student to share with.
