The house is in a quiet cul de sac, 10 mins to Portreath, 5 mins Tehidy woods, 12 mins Godrevy, 5 mins Camborne. 20 mins to Truro, Helston, Falmouth, Penzance

At the moment it's just me and my elderly Jack Russell living at the property, I'm self employed, so sometimes in all day, sometimes not, so ideally looking for a clean and tidy professional/student to share with, who works out of the house, so I can make confidential calls for my work.

Ideally looking for a more long term lodger.
