I am looking for an honest, trustworthy mature working lady (no men and no night shift workers, thank you). Has to be clean and tidy and respectful of the property. On offer is a shared well equipped large kitchen-diner with own cupboard space, fridge and freezer availability. Shared bathroom with walk-in shower. Downstairs toilet also available. Use of washing machine with clothes line in large pretty back garden. I have a 12 mth old Cavapoo so dog friendly is essential. I live in the property so am looking for someone who, like myself, enjoys their own space. Located just off the A30, the property is also close to major supermarkets. Parking available to front of house.
