Single room, to rent

Single room to rent currently has a double bed in it with storge space underneath, the bed can be removed prior or can be kept, there is also room for a wardrobe if you wish to purchase one.
It's a family home so you will be treated like part of the family, there is a living room, dining room and a large kitchen, if you smoke that's ok but you smoke outside and not in the house, I have pets so pets are not welcome due to that reason sorry. If you drive You can park on the road, as there is loads of space.
