Hi I’ll have 2 rooms available to rent in Camborne from January. Public transport links are close by, there’s a bus stop over the road and the train station is a 10min walk. The rooms come with CAT 6 ethernet and superfast wifi. Camborne town is a short walk and Camborne Tesco is nearby. Theres also some on street parking near by.

The large room is £540.00pcm. The small room is £460.00pcm. Rent includes all bills and cleaning of communal areas. Deposit of 1 months rent required before moving in which will be stored in a goverment approved deposit protection scheme.

Unfortunately no pets allowed, as I have a dog of my own who lives with me in the property. Lodgers will also need to be comfortable around dogs.
