This is a working household who work across days, nights and evenings so someone could be sleeping at any time (hence it tends to be quiet).

There's 4 private (with locks) bedrooms and a shared bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room and outside yards (with shed an an extra loo!).

Furnished with a quality mattress, hanging rails, drawers, bedside table, lamp and smart TV. All household equipment and linens are provided (if required) so you can just bring your personal items.

Rent includes all bills including fibre WiFi, fair use electric, council tax and gas central heating.

Great location. walking distance to high street in town, Aldi and Tesco supermarkets, main bus depot and train station.
Street parking only.

Reserve for £150. Deposit and first months rent due on moving in date. Monthly rent is then due 1st of every month thereafter.

Contracts of 3 months or less incur an extra one-off fee of £300 regardless of stay (the monthly rent remains the same as the advertised 6 month contract).
