Large, comfortable room with en-suite

I am letting a room in a large Victorian house in Camborne. The room is the master bedroom at the front of the house. It is approximately 6m x 4m and has a bay window, and en-suite toilet and hand basin. The main bathroom is shared with 1 other lodger (a quiet gentleman in his 50’s). It is fully furnished with a double bed, 2 double wardrobes and a single wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and a reclining armchair. All the furniture was new last year. The bay window overlooks the garden and a woodland area across the road.
The kitchen is a luxury modern kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge/freezer which is just for the lodgers use. There is a super-fast unlimited Broadband connection.
I live in the property. I am in my early 60’s and enjoy a fit and active lifestyle. My hobbies are mainly cycling, swimming and reading. I am friendly and relaxed and enjoy having a chat with my lodgers, but I also respect everyone’s privacy. The house is a fairly quiet one and I don’t have any pets.
Although there is a rural aspect from the bedroom, we are just 300m from the town centre, Aldi’s, Iceland etc and a 5 or 6 minute level walk to the bus and train stations.
The rent of £650 per month includes all bills.
I am looking for a mature and sensible lodger who is easy to get along with.
