Single Female

A single female flat mate needed in Camborne. Close to the train, bus station and the town centre. I am very neat and meticulous lady and I would also appreciate a neat and tidy single lady. Any one of interest will be introduced to the letting agency and will have the contracts signed . Reason for letting out is because my current flat mate is planning to relocate soon sometimes in June and the room will be vacant as I am occupying one at the moment. However, the flat came in unfurnished when we moved in but it’s now furnished and very comfortable , room very spacious with inbuilt wardrobe . Every where is just neat and tidy.
