Lovely space in large quiet home

Lovely large light private furnished space on top floor of 5 bedroom house with luxury shower room. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with memory foam mattress and storage, drawers and hanging space and in the sitting room is a comfy sofa, armchair, tv, tv cabinet with storage and coffee table as well as small area with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster for convenience. There is an aerial and usb point in each room and Netflix

The space takes up the top floor of my house so there is no private entrance to the house however the whole floor will be all yours and entirely private. The space consists of private staircase, landing with storage, two large rooms with a luxury, spacious, private shower room in between.

Close to town centre, A30, train and bus stations a couple minutes away and there is private, off road parking. No other housemates, just me and my friendly cats…..we live on the floors below however the cats may visit you now and again! 😊.

Although you’ll have your own facilities as above, the main kitchen has the usual…..washing machine, American fridge/freezer, hob, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer etc.

There is also a covered outside space for bikes/surfboards etc.

Quiet house, no parties or loud music at any time and absolutely no smoking or vaping.

Ideal for working full-time employed persons working away from the property. Must be clean, tidy, quiet and respectful.

Night shift workers preferred. but not essential

This offer is for single occupancy only. If you desire a comfy space in a peaceful home, then this is for you. If however, you want friends or boy-girl-friends to hang around with in your room or to stay over, then this is not for you sorry.
