Part Furnished Good Sized Double Room available

I have a room to rent which is a good sized double room and has a double bed and two pine bedside tables already in it for use. The pine bed tables could be removed if preferred. Apart from these items, the rest of the room will be emptied for your full use.
I live alone with my dog, although have a boyfriend that lives in his own home close by. I can be out enjoying the beauty of Cornwall quite a lot, especially at weekends, but work full time so tend to be quite happy to eat and 'chill' in the evenings during the week. My dog is very placid and happy and you must be good with her. We would share the rest of the house i. e. lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom etc. There is no parking actually at the property but a free car park at the top of the road.
