Family consists of a retired couple and 33 yr old working son .
Parking outside in the street .
Nice area Lower Broad Lane .Illogan village about half a mile walk away shops hairdressers chemist pub fish and chips, Illogan woods nice walk to Portreath beach.
Access to enclosed sunny back garden.
On bus route to Redruth/Camborne and thence the rest of Cornwall!
Central heating ,all bills included, internet access.
Ideally we would like a quiet working person, of any nationality. We are quiet ourselves. No second person sleeping on the settee in the sitting room please!
