Double Room for rent

The room:
A light-filled, double, first floor bedroom with a beautiful view and lovely big window that can come unfurnished or furnished.
The price is £600 a month with bills included.
Tenancy would be available from the 13th of July 2025.
We are open to living with students, young, working professionals or others. We are looking for someone who is tidy, friendly and fits in with our lifestyle.
The house:
The house is a cosy, stone, three bedroom cottage. There is a single, shared bathroom (including a shower and bathtub), a charming, lovely sized lounge, with an open-plan kitchen-dining room area and a small garden. The house is centrally heated and has an excellent internet connection as well as a washing machine and dryer.

You would be sharing the property with me (21 female) and my partner Billy (21 male), our kitten (Jean Pierre Polnareff), and a few of our other pets such as a snake, some spiders and other bugs - all of which are kept in an enclosed separate room, away from all the other rooms, and are kept in their enclosures. (if this is something you are worried about!)

Location:
The cottage is located in a quiet village with a small village shop only a 20 second walk away.
There is on-street parking outside the premises.
The cottage is conveniently situated with a bus stop just outside. It is less than a 10 minute drive from the A30 and less than a 10 minute drive from
the nearest towns of both Hayle and Camborne.
The closest beach of Gwithian is also approximately 10 minutes drive away.
