We're Charlotte (27, Cornish) and Alex (32, Spanish/English) and a very friendly small staffy (7). We're sociable and would like to share meals every so often and catch up over a cup of tea/wine, but also appreciate the need for personal space.
The house is brand new (built 2018) so has a modern kitchen, a large living room with woodburner and double doors to the garden, a dining room and downstairs toilet. Upstairs there's the available double room w/ensuite, our bedroom and spare room plus the main bathroom.
Rent is £450, council tax £50, other bills about £50 in total. These would all need adjusting for a couple.
We're chilled out, but tidy in communal areas - we'd like everyone to do their share of the chores. We're looking for someone/a couple who will be reasonably eco-conscious, respectful of the space and up for a laugh.
