I’m looking for a considerate friendly tenant who doesn’t mind sharing with a cat who is mindful that he must not be let outside (indoor cat).
My home is warm, airy with high ceilings and quiet and I would like a friendly tenant to share it with me.
I am 29 and I work in the medical field.
Deposit will be put into the government deposit scheme for safe keeping. BT Superfast fibre broadband, Netflix, Amazon tv. I like the outdoors, paddle boarding spending time with my friends and the odd movie night.
Parking is available in the guest space when available or in the free car park across the road. Chacewater has a local shop, fresh market, pub and doctors surgery and bus’s goes to TRURO and Redruth every 15-30mins perfect for RCHT workers. Great 5k run to Blackwater and back and cycle to St Agnes in 20mins.
Short or long let’s considered.
Room is available anytime from October for the right tenant. It’s very important to me to have a trust worthy, clean, tidy respectful tenant who most importantly doesn’t let the cat out ;)
The room will be let with a double ottoman bed and bedside cabinets, shelves and wardrobe and desk. tumble dryer will be removed. Tenant is welcome to bring chest of drawers if they wish 😃.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything.
You will probably have the flat to yourself a few days a week :) so someone responsible is an absolute must.
