This is the relaxed, private home of myself and my 13 year old son.

We are looking for a clean, friendly, respectful female lodger (single occupancy only. No couples or males I'm afraid).

You'll have this large room to yourself (the photos and video here are old - it's now furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe - I'll update the photos when our current lodger moves out).

The ensuite is for your sole use apart from our access to the washing machine and tumble dryer that are located in there.

There is an outhouse here if you need to store outdoor kit.

Price Inclusive of bills.

Property would suit working professional.

There is a shared seating area outside and off street parking if you have your own transport. The bus service is 1 min walk away with regular services to Truro and Redruth. The hospital and Truro college are a 10 min bus ride.

Excellent broadband.
