Double room, ensuite, wood burning stove

This is the relaxed, private home of myself and my 12 year old son.

We are looking for a clean, friendly, respectful female lodger (single occupancy only. No couples or males I'm afraid).

You will have most of one end of this very large house to yourself, able to use your room as your lounge also if you wish, or share ours. For an idea of the large space available in your room, please watch the video. A bed and wardrobe etc will be provided if you don't have your own, and a kitchenette also maybe, though its anticipated you will share our kitchen at first.

The ensuite is for your sole use apart from our access to the washing machine that's located in there.

There is an outhouse here if you need to store outdoor kit.

Price Inclusive of bills.

Property would suit working professional.

There is a shared seating area outside and off street parking if you have your own transport. The bus service is 1 min walk away with regular services to Truro and Redruth. The hospital and Truro college are a 10 min bus ride.

Excellent broadband.
