Internet and bills inc. Central Heating and wood burners. Some pets allowed if well looked after and house trained. I have a dog and 2 cats and some chickens! Large garden to use.
It is a ten minute walk down to the village for buses, bakers, pub and local shop. Parking available for one car but you can park on the road.
