Cottage with large spare room available. Shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge garden workshop etc rural Chacewater, but easy access to redruth, Truro etc. Great active village, gp village hall cafe bakers etc.
I live here with a cat and 4 laying hens. Tenant must be happy with these pets.
Prefer working person, open to small well behaved pet. Better for driver as it is a 10 min walk to the village. But excellent bus services to truro and redruth etc.
