Use of lounge space as picture but we need access occasionally

15 mins Truro, 20 Mins Camborne, 15 Mins Bodmin, 10 Mins from Newquay.

You really need to see the house and room, its of a very high standard

We have been renting room for over 20 years, we live in but house is large.
