The room is Fully furnished.
You will have use of a well equipped kitchen with mini oven/ grill/ hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge- freezer. (Note facilities are SHARED with 2 other tenants)
Small bathroom with shower, washbasin and loo.
Accommodation is ideally suited to a respectful non-smoking, single professional, working regular day time hours. (Please do not apply if you work night or evening shifts as won’t work with the household) .

There is no parking… and so would be difficult for someone with a car. (There is a carpark quite locally that a season ticket can be purchased).

There is a £200 holding deposit required, along with landlord and employer references.
