Beautiful room in recently renovated house

Fully furnished room in recently renovated house. Sharing with female landlord. 5 mins walk into Charlestown, 5 mins drive from St Austell train station.
Will consider male or female applicants. However, I want to be able to get along well with the person I share my home with, so our personalities and lifestyles will need to be compatible.

Successful applicants must show proof of savings or a stable income.

Initial let period will be 1-3months. Will consider longer term if it feels like a good fit.

Applicants should be hygienic, neat, tidy and friendly!

I own a cat who lives in the home, so please do not apply if allergic.

Bills included, although there will be an additional charge for water / gas / electric should you like to take long showers/frequent baths/do extra laundry/like to have the heating on all the time. I am quite conservative with the energy used to keep bills reasonable.
