Short Let - Ensuite Dble Room from September

Room: En-suite double room with sea view in mid-Cornwall, now available from Monday 6th September 2021 for short lets.

All bills (inc Wi-Fi) included in the weekly rental. Shared use of the fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine and dishwasher) and living room as well. This room comes fully furnished to a high standard (including bedding and basic amenities).

House: Charming coach-house located in the sought-after area of Charlestown, Cornwall. Parking close to the house, and garage for additional storage. House is within walking distance of local amenities (including Tesco, Asda, local post office and many local takeaway outlets). St. Austell train station is 1.3 miles away (30 mins walk or short drive). Charlestown is well located for exploring Cornwall and whilst situated on the south coast, it is also only a 30 minute drive from the north coast. If using the room for exploring Cornwall, tours can also be arranged.

Additional Info: I am a live-in travel & tourism professional. I consider myself a fun, hard-working person who loves taking advantage of everything Cornwall has to offer including coastal walks, going to the beach and the enjoying the wonderful food and drink!
