2 rooms to rent with shared bathroom between 2

We have two rooms available to rent in our 4 bedroom detached home in Chilsworthy. All bills are included in the rent. The two rooms available to rent will have shared exclusive use of the bathroom. We are relaxed and easy going couple. Our two adult children have recently moved out although our daughter will stay at the property when home from university.
