Modern furnished double room for single occupancy

I have a spacious fully furnished double room including a double bed, 2 seater love seat, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, bedside table with lamp, wall mirror and a cozy corner with a microwave and a kettle (small fridge is optional if wanted). It is a top floor room so it is quiet and well separated from the other areas of the house.

The house is 5 mins drive to town and beaches. Lidl and Morrisons are just opposite the road withing walking distance. There is free parking on the street, located in a nice, quiet and safe neighbourhood area.

You’ll have use of the kitchen (including washing machine and fridge freezer), bathroom and downstairs toilet.

All bills included (gas, water, electricity, broadband, council tax).
TV Licence is NOT included.

Please Note: I have two small children (4-6) who can be messy and noisy at times but they only spend 50% of the time in my house.
Also my house is a no shoe home and I need you to respect that as I have just recently did up the house and changed he carpets.

I’m looking for someone who is female, in full time employment or studying, clean, tidy, non smoker (including vaping) and economical with utilities. I cannot accept pets.

I’m a live in landlord and work in the local hospital. Occasionally I have some friends or my partner around but generally I live a quiet life.

I will ask for a deposit of 1 month's rent. This is held with The Deposit Protection Scheme and is refundable when you move out depending on the condition of your room and your rent being paid up to date.
