The property is attached to a Grade II farmhouse, which is lived in by the owners, plus their cocker spaniel & 3 cats! There is an Annexe at the far end, which is also rented out. There is parking on site for everyone.

Downstairs, the Cottage comprises a Howden's kitchen, a sitting room with a log burner - free logs are available - plus, there's a wide corridor attached, which is good for storage of large objects, like bikes. There is also a downstairs loo. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom & en-suite bathroom, plus an airing cupboard. The heating is on gas. Overall, there is a leaning towards colour throughout!

The property was recently vacated after a long let & it will be repainted & cleaned prior to the next tenancy. Viewings are possible prior to this being done, though obviously it'll look better once it has been completed.

The energy in the Cottage is nice / friendly & previous tenants (including the owners!) have enjoyed living there :)

Additionally, the price does not include household bills. Bills will be in the tenant's name.

We are looking for a long let. We're open to working with people & providing whatever furniture may be required, from the furniture that is stored for this purpose :)
