The Cottage is on two levels & surrounded by gardens & fields on 3 sides... Bodmin Moor can be seen in the distance.

The property is attached to a Grade II farmhouse, which is lived in by the owners. There is an Annexe at the far end, which is also rented out. There is parking on site for everyone.

The Cottage comprises a nice Howden's kitchen, a sitting room with/a log burner - free logs are available - a wide corridor attached which is good for storage of large objects, like bikes & there is also a downstairs toilet. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom & en-suite bathroom, plus an airing cupboard. The heating is on gas. Overall, there is a leaning towards colour throughout!

The property was recently vacated after a long let & it will be repainted & cleaned prior to the next tenancy. Viewings are possible prior this being done, though obviously it'll look better once this has been completed.

The energy in the Cottage is very nice / lovely & everyone who has lived there has, they say, had a good experience of being there.

Additionally, the price is not inclusive & bills will be in the tenant's name.

We are looking for a long let & we're open to working with people & providing whatever furniture may be required, from the furniture that we had stored! :)
