Double room in Constantine village

This is a three bedroom house and I'm looking for a tidy and considerate housemate.

The room is a decent sized double with a built in wardrobe with plenty of storage.

The house has a large living room, a kitchen/diner, two bathrooms and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There's also a large south-facing garden and patio.

Off-street parking available.

I'm asking the tenant to pay a one third share of the electricity and water bills, which currently comes to £50/month.

I'm a 38 year-old Physics teacher. I'm into sailing and gig-rowing. There is one other person already living here who is a 27 year old PhD student. We're both tidy and like to keep the house clean.
