Single room in Constantine village

This is a three bedroom house and I'm looking for a tidy and considerate housemate.

The room is a decent sized single bedroom with a standard single bed and built in wardrobe with plenty of extra storage.

The house has a large living room, a kitchen/diner, two bathrooms and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two fridges and a freezer. There's also a large south-facing garden and patio. Anyone wanting to grow veg would be welcome to!

There's off-street parking available.

I'm asking the tenant to pay a one third share of the electricity and water bills.

I'm a 35 year-old Physics teacher. I'm into sailing and gig-rowing. There is one other person already living here who is a 40 year old professional sailor and MA student. We're both tidy and like to keep the house clean.
