Double room in quiet house with garden view

The property is a bungalow in Constantine but is fairly spacious inside with a large kitchen area and a large living room area with room to do exercise. The bedroom available looks out onto the garden. The house is quiet and I'm looking for someone who needs a base to study/live and sleep in peace and quiet.

I live alone, am self-employed (marine conservation consultant) and work from home but often work at the University and sometimes have work trips away.

There are buses that go in/out of the village to Falmouth everyday except Sundays and likely other lift share options into the uni.
