A cosy annexe-style, charming spacious self contained suite, with own entrance, (as part of a larger house).
The suite has a double bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower, living room with log-burner and patio doors, kitchenette with appliances.
Available on a 4-6 month lodger agreement between September/October - January/February 2027, due to the current resident going away on sabbatical. Exact dates to be agreed.
Rent includes fair usage of electricity (including solar-generated on-site), central heating, water (fresh from our bore hole/pump house), broadband wifi, council tax, TV licence. Our professional cleaner is available weekly/less regularly at a special rate of £15/hr. Option for EV charging at extra cost. If you work from home more than 2 days a week, an extra charge towards utilities will apply. On-site parking. Beautiful wild woodland gardens, including a small private paved garden for the suite area to sit outside and enjoy the afternoon sunshine.
You will be a quiet, calm person, enjoying occasional social get-togethers such as a shared supper, but also comfortable with quiet and independence. This is a creative holistic, adult household with onsite yoga, gong baths and other activities that you may be able to take part in if interested. We have dogs and a cat living in the main part of the house.
