Idillic Cornish Character Cottage

Cozy single story cottage with bills included, there’s a tennis court , park and dog walking field just through the village,
Super-fast WiFi, bedroom with queen double and storage, your own bathroom, own fridge-freezer, well equipped kitchen with machines and food storage, there’s even a sofa bed in the living area for you to have the occasional guest, I also don’t mind boy/girlfriends staying over.
You’re welcome to put pictures on walls and make the space yours, I provide rugs and whatever to make the place comfortable but happy to take them away if you’d prefer your own, you’ll have a lot of privacy and a lovely place to live and while the kitchen is technically shared I don’t have time to cook so it’s your space.
My room is pretty self contained with it’s own side entrance and I won’t intrude if home.
You’ll probably need your own transportation as the closest bus stop is a couple of miles away, parking is just outside on the lane and there’s a small lockable outside yard that would fit bike and kayak.

The price I’ve posted is for one person inclusive of bills, and is based on running cost, if you’re a couple then the price increases to £300 per week to cover the extra usage. If we get on then long term shouldn’t be an issue.

I will consider a quiet and well behaved pet for maybe an extra £10 a week provided said pet comes with you when you come to view and completes its own interview.

I think that’s everything, I’ve shared living both as lodger and landlord so am very familiar with living with someone that’s a stranger at first, I can provide references from previous lodgers who enjoyed living both here and my previous home, they often became friends before moving on.

I’m open to discussion about anything you’ve read and reasonable offers if anything needs to be changed. The neighbours are lovely and one sells eggs just outside, the lanes are quiet and there are many good walks and places to explore. If you’re new to the area and need recommendations and explanations I’m happy to help, if I’m needed for anything I’m a friendly sort, just very busy at the moment so you’ll probably hardly ever see me.
