Some shared facilities, use of garden with parking. Attached to main farmhouse, with shared utilities. Bills included, except oil for central heating, which is divided between three people, 3-4 times a year. Lovely rural location, stunning views, under a mile from the sea and coastal path, and village shop,. Will need references.
