Double ensuite room in a lovely bungalow

Looking for someone to rent my room whilst I'm away for the winter (October - March). It's a spacious double ensuite room in a large 3 bed bungalow. The room has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.

I have two lovely housemates (early thirties) who are chilled, friendly, respectful and both work full time. If you like the beach, surfing, yoga, tennis, anything outdoorsy then you'll fit in great!

The bungalow is a ten minute walk down to the beach. There's a large garden, open plan kitchen & living room with log burner, private parking, and shared use of the garage (space for bikes, surfboards etc).

All bills, council tax and wifi included. Available 1st October.
