Devoran room

Hi I'm a current tenant who's about to move out at the end of the month, currently there's one room available right now and another for £400 will become available mid September once I've left. The house is in the stunning village of Devoran with ample transport in terms of buses, with them running roughly every half an hour into both Falmouth and Truro! The room will be furnished ready for arrival and includes a gas heater for the cold winter. Bills are included but broadband and excessive electricity usage may require extra, this is in terms of using electric heaters etc. there is a live in landlord however I'm posting on his behalf as he doesn't use the internet.
