3 Double rooms in large modern house

I have two medium size double rooms and one King Size very large room with sofa area and desk in my home. You would have use of the main bathroom with a shower, bath, sink and toilet shared with any other lodgers. Shared use of the large open plan kitchen and living areas, garden and space on the drive.
I am a 45 year old therapist and maths/science tutor. My son is 9 years old and stays with me 50% of the time. I have 4 ragdoll cats, a shared cavapoo dog who is here now and then and 6 guinea pigs.
The house is a very modern open plan detached 4 bed property with 2 downstairs seating areas, an office area, large open plan kitchen, utility room, entrance hall, downstairs toilet and garage. There is a large garden with decking looking over the valley, with plenty of off street parking on the drive. The village has a pub, shop and post office. It's a lovely area with beautiful walks in the valley accessible from the house. We're close to Looe on the south coast, Bodmin Moor and Liskeard town centre all within 10 minutes drive.
If more than one room is required I am open to negotiation regarding rent.
