2 rooms to let in a furnished house in Falmouth, Large bright communal living/dinning room and plenty of parking on quiet street, close to Penmere station and short walk from the town centre.

I am a working professional looking for two housemate preferably professionals. when not at work I enjoy baking, socialising, surfing and sea swimming.

Room number one is a double room looking over the back garden, good for morning light, bright and clean.

Room number 2 is on the other side of the house and benefits from evening light and lots of storage, although the room itself is the smaller of the tow available.

Looking for people to move in on the 18th of Feb. All bills and rent usually cost no more than £400 a month all in which is really reasonable for Falmouth.
