Furnished double room in shared house

We have one double room available with access to a shared shower room and communal living areas. The room is currently furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The house has its own garden, a separate kitchen and dining room, living room and parking. Penmere train station is a five minute walk away, and the town centre and beaches are within easy walking distances.

We both work full time so are looking for people with a similar schedule. We like to keep the house clean and tidy, sharing responsibility for all of the communal areas. The rent includes council tax, all bills and broadband.
