Furnished double room in house shared with couple

We have one double room available with access to a shared shower room and communal living areas. The room is currently furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe with drawers, separate chest of drawers and a desk.

The house has its own garden, a separate kitchen and dining room, living room and parking. Penmere train station is a five minute walk away, and the town centre and beaches are within easy walking distances.

We both work full time so are looking for someone with a similar schedule. We like to keep the house clean and tidy, sharing responsibility for all of the communal areas.

The rent includes council tax, all bills and broadband. We are happy to take another couple - the rent to cover the extra bills for 2 people would be £800 per month.
