We currently have a ground floor annexe available from the 5th December in the Queen Anne Gardens area in Falmouth (5 mins walk from Penmere train station). It has a large kitchen/dining/lounge area with oven, hob, washing machine, built in fridge and microwave. There is also a large shower room with a very powerful shower and dual heated towel radiator as well as a separate double bedroom.
It is furnished (bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, sofa etc and is £750 pcm for single occupancy or £850 pcm for a couple but that includes ALL bills (Council Tax, water, gas, electric, tv licence and super fast wireless broadband). There are no extras and we replace light bulbs etc as needed. The sound proofing is excellent and the flat has its own entrance and separate courtyard garden and has been recently renovated to a high standard.
There is also plenty of free parking right next to the property.
Ideally we would like to let for 5 months minimum but we will consider shorter stays but this may affect the rental price depending on length of stay.
