Double room in shared girls house from September

The room is available from 1st April to 31st July. Bills and council tax included.

The room is a generous double with underbed storage, a desk and use of a triple wardrobe, bedside cabinet and shelving.
The house is spacious and tidy, with a communal living room and parking on the street outside. It is in an ideal location close to town and within easy walking distance to Woodlane campus, the beach, bus stops and train station.
As a more mature house, we like to socialise but aren't necessarily keen to party every week! We're therefore looking for someone who feels the same - someone sociable, but tidy and respectful. If you think you'd fit in with us we'd love to hear from you!
